Cancelling or changing your order?

If you decide you would like to change or cancel order, we will do our best to help you.  Please email us at hello@fallowfieldbaby.com soon after so we can try to accommodate you.  Cancellations or changes on processed and shipped orders unfortunately cannot be altered. 

If you have received your. item and it is damaged?

We stand behind the quality of our products.  If you find that an item you have received is damaged or defective in any way, please send an email to hello@fallowfieldbaby.com.  Please reference your order number and accompany your concern with a photo of the piece in question. We will gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a refund if the item is no longer available.
