How can I track my order?

How do I use a coupon code?
Coupon codes must be used at checkout. Each coupon code can be used once per customer. If a coupon code shows that it is expired, it means the promotional time has expired or you may have already used it.

Can I get a refund on an order if I change my mind?
Due to our recent shop closure announcement we will no longer be offering refunds. All items purchased will be final sale.
Can you send a handwritten note with my order?
Of course! We would be happy to write a personalized note. Be sure to leave your personal message in notes at checkout or you can always reach out to us with your order number soon after placing your order.
I need my order rush is there any other way to get it faster?
We can work with you to get your order to you faster. Depending the situation and where it is being sent, you might be subjected to extra shipping costs to get your order faster. Please email us before you place your order so we can help you more efficiently to review options available.
