Exchange + Return Policy
In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer no hassle exchanges or shop credit for your purchases.
In order to facilitate an exchange or shop credit, you will be required to submit an authorization for return - please fill out our Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A RETURN FOR REQUEST:
In order to qualify for an exchange or shop credit - Items purchased must be in a re-saleable condition, with tags still attached, unwashed, unworn and free from stains and animal dander. Please allow 2 business days for a response. We will then reach out with your Returns Authorization Number and how to proceed. Do not send goods back without your Return Authorization number.
Items being returned will be a the sender's (customer) discretion to cover all shipping expenses.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. SHOP CREDIT IS ISSUED IN PLACE OF MONEY REFUNDS. A SHOP CREDIT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND DOES NOT EXPIRE.
Please note ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR SHOP CREDIT.
Cancelling or changing your order?
If you decide you would like to change or cancel order, we will do our best to help you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org soon after so we can try to accommodate you. Cancellations or changes on processed and shipped orders unfortunately cannot be altered.
If you have received your. item and it is damaged?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find that an item you have received is damaged or defective in any way, please send an email to email@example.com. Please reference your order number and accompany your concern with a photo of the piece in question. We will gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a refund if the item is no longer available.
