All orders are shipped out of Burlington, Ontario. Canada. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding statutory and observed holidays. Our processing time for shipping orders is 3 business days. However, orders placed on Fridays will typically ship the following Monday. Once your order is processed - you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to cancel the order. We ship to Canada & USA only.

Orders over $100 (pre-tax, after discount): will receive FREE Shipping with tracking. Standard transit time can be anywhere from 2-7 business days depending where you are located in North America. Orders under $100 will be subjected to a flat rate shipping charge. Your order says it has been delivered and you say it was not. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier company. Unfortunately, this is an issue that only you can resolve, we are happy to help you put in a claim with the carrier company. Can I update an address if I entered the incorrect one at checkout? If you email us before your order has been processed, we would be happy to revise this for you.
