All orders are shipped out of Burlington, Ontario. Canada. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding statutory and observed holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Once your order is processed - you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to cancel the order. Pre-order: If you order an item that is on pre-order basis along with an in-stock item, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like your items shipped as soon as they are available please place separate orders. We ship to Canada & USA only at this time.

Orders under $100 will be subjected to a flat rate shipping charge. Your order says it has been delivered and you say it was not. Unfortunately, this is an issue that only you can resolve, we are happy to help you put in a claim with the carrier company. Can I update an address if I entered the incorrect one at checkout? If you email us before your order has been processed, we would be happy to revise this for you.
